IRCC has been implementing multiple Canada Express Entry draw updates every 2 weeks.
The Draw 340 was the most recent take place in Express Entry, conducted on March 21, 2025. Therefore, the next Express Entry draw is likely to take place on March 23, 2025, following some patterns drawn in the past.
It marks the low cut-off CRS since February 29, 2024, suggesting selection over a wider range of candidates. Besides, it is the fourth draw in March and the second within the same week, following the Provincial Nominee Program (PNP) invitation to 536 candidates on March 17 with a minimum CRS of 736.
The last time Canada invited candidates from the Canadian Experience Class (CEC) was back on February 5, when 4,000 people received invitations.
So far this year, IRCC has invited 30,683 candidates to apply for permanent residence.
Canada is also continuing to prioritize applicants who are already living in the country. This trend has been noticeable since mid-2024 and aligns with the policies the government has been following.
